I am a thinker, designer, and leader.

These labels describe what I do as a designer, but they also describe why I design: I’m passionate about understanding human values, creating meaningful experiences, and fostering people and products.

This passion led me to a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Master of Design degree from the University of Washington. My industry background is diverse, as I've served as both Art Director and Adjunct Faculty, Individual Contributor and Manager of Managers.

I’ve been fortunate enough to apply my human-centered design philosophy to both consumer and enterprise products, in addition to branding campaigns and passion projects. I’ve worked for a variety of tech companies over the past two decades, building product experiences at Microsoft, Facebook, Zillow, and Hulu. Most recently, I led Product Design and Research teams at Bolt.
