I am a thinker, designer, and leader.

These labels describe what I do for work, but they also describe why I enjoy my work: I’m passionate about understanding human values, creating meaningful interactions, and fostering people and products.

This passion led me to a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Master of Design degree from the University of Washington. My industry background is diverse, as I've served as both Art Director and Adjunct Faculty, Individual Contributor and Manager of Managers.

I’ve been fortunate enough to apply my human-centered design philosophy to both consumer and business products, in addition to branding campaigns and passion projects. I’ve worked for a variety of tech companies over the past two decades, building product experiences at large enterprises such as Microsoft, Facebook, Zillow, and Hulu. More recently, I led Product Design and Research departments at start-ups in fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare.

Currently, I’m helping shape AI experiences for consumers and businesses at Microsoft AI.
